When you make a purchase from our online store, we collect the required personal details you provide (such as your name, address and email address) to complete the transaction. When you browse the retail store, we automatically collect your computer’s IP (internet protocol) address that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet service provider. Our E-commerce store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Your data is securely stored behind a firewall via Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application.

We may share information about you if necessary or appropriate, in our good faith judgment, to comply with laws or regulations or in response to a valid subpoena, order, or government request, or to protect the operations, privacy, safety, property or rights of dubinik.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

CONSENT & DISCLOSURE

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. We do not, while providing the Services, knowingly collect personal information from children. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personal data to us via the Services, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

In the unlikely event of a sale or merger of dubinik, our customers' personal information and other information we have collected as described in this policy may be among the business assets transferred.

PAYMENT

When making an online purchase Shopify stores your credit card data which is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
