Dubinik will offer multiple shipping options so that your order can be shipped without restrictions and arrive in more efficient ways. Shipping and handling costs depend on the destination of your order, please fill in the correct label to determine the shipping cost, the delivery time posted is an estimate but will help you to determine if you choose this shipping option.


Please note that after you place your order, there is no way to change your order information in time, because we process orders very fast and customer service will forward the changes to the staff after receiving your changes, this process will take a little time, so our advice is that after you make sure your order information is correct, then click pay, this will save you a lot of Time.

Shipping & Delivery

Generally our delivery time is about a 7-10 working days, and usually orders can be delivered globally within 12-15 working days, but sometimes there may be a slight delay due to local delivery policies and other reasons.
we can guarantee that the goods will be shipped as soon as possible, but we can not guarantee that the goods will not be affected after the shipment, there may be a period of delay in logistics, so please understand that.


How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the logistics information you need for your order, so you can keep track of where your shirts have gone. How are your shipping rates calculated?

Dubinik offers a variety of shipping rate calculations to ensure your shirts arrive when you need them to, for a more detailed shipping rate calculation, please refer to the Shopify platform's shipping rate calculation table. Please fill in the correct shipping address at the time of purchase, this will ensure that we calculate the cost correctly for you to avoid some errors occurring. Also, please note that we process orders very quickly and once you have purchased your order, there is no way for us to change your shipping method and logistics information for you in a timely manner. If you have questions about your order you can still reach us by email and our customer service will respond after one business day. How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

First of all Dubinik would like to thank you for being able to purchase our shirts and if you are unhappy with the shirts, we will refund your money as soon as possible. Usually within 3 to 5 business days after our distribution center receives your return, the refunded amount will be returned to you via the method you paid at the time.

My package did not arrive, but the logistics information shows that it was delivered, how can I find my lost package?

Please note that sometimes the tracking data shown by the logistics operator may not be accurate and we recommend checking your front door or somewhere other than the hallway, such as the side door. You may also want to check with your housemates or neighbors, if this does not get your package back, then please contact your local delivery person and company for help.

Returns

What is Dubinik's return policy?

Dubinik.com orders can be returned within seven days of receipt of the order. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, making sure there is no wear and tear or color loss or other human-induced damage to the product. We are currently unable to offer exchanges, so please select your preferred style and size before you place your order. Please understand that all refunds will be made through your original payment method, but we will not cover the shipping costs incurred.

If you find a serious defect or damage in the product after you receive it, or if it is a different size or color than the one you purchased, please contact us promptly via our email (service@dubinik.com).

How long do I have to return the product?

Orders can be returned within seven days after you have received and signed for the item, and the item must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached, making sure that the product is not worn or discolored or otherwise damaged by man.

Can I exchange my purchase?

Sorry, we are unable to complete an exchange at this time.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days once your return order has been received by our distribution center and will be credited to your original payment method.

Orders

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

We process orders very quickly and often you will need to make changes to your order information, but our customer service will need to get an email back to the store staff, but by this time we may have already shipped your order, so we will not be able to make changes to your order information in a timely manner after you have placed it. However, we can still cancel your order within one to two hours after you place it. If you need to cancel your order at that time, you need to contact our customer service via email (service@dubinik.com) as soon as possible and we will cancel the order immediately.

Why was my order cancelled? When will I get a refund?

Orders are usually cancelled due to payment failure or stock shortage. In both cases, your payment card will not be charged until after the order has been shipped. If your order is cancelled, you may still see the original payment authorization. The payment authorization will be cancelled within a few hours.

Where do I enter a promo code?

There is an area in the shopping cart to enter promo codes.

Can I stack multiple codes on top of one order?

No, only one code can be processed per order, but there will be multiple discounts, many times our store will be on sale and you will have a chance to enjoy multiple discounts at that time, so keep an eye on our store, we will be offering a lot of discounts at that time.

Products

Are all of your shirts made here in the U.S.?

Although a portion of our merchandise is made in the U.S., because our shirts are high quality cotton, we have had to set up factories in more locations where apparel materials are available. Our product development team is constantly working to expand our cotton line stateside, and to do so we have hired 50 full-time employees to assist us.

Do you do custom embroidery on your garments?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer custom shirts, we only sell the classic facecloth line of shirts, which we may offer in the future.

What are your chat times?

Unfortunately, we do not offer live web chat at this time, but we are very responsive to questions sent to our email, so you can always contact us via email (service@dubinik.com) and we will get back to you promptly the next business day!

Do you have a brand ambassador program?

Of course we do, we are always looking for people who embody the characteristics of our facecloth shirts, if you want to be our brand ambassador for Dubinik, please contact us via email and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Are the shirts made of that cheap material?

We have our own set of garment production process, starting from weaving, to fabric preparation and dyeing, a set of fabric used to make a shirt takes about four months from the initial design to a perfect shirt in your hands, because it takes us about two months to produce and prepare the fabric, most of our shirts are pure cotton, only a small number of business shirts use a small amount of other materials, but not cheap materials.

I used to buy a lot of fake brand shirts, are you guys the same way?

You may have misunderstood, but that is not the case. We are a seller of shirts with two years of experience in the men's market, covering North America, Australia and Europe, and our trademark is registered. We have our own supply chain and our own OEM factories in many countries with quality assurance, so we understand your concern, but it is not necessary.
